Nintendo has dropped an update of its 1990 classic Dr. Mario for Android and iOS. The Japanese giant had scheduled the release for July 10 but it actually dropped a little earlier.

The game is puzzle-based, with players tasked with completing puzzles to eliminate viruses. It operates on a matching system that involves color-coding objects vertically or horizontally to clear them. You can download it here for free on iOS and Google Play.

The mobile game is free to play and contains game stages that allow players to exchange stamina-giving hearts with one another or engage in battle via the versus mode.
