Converse's One Star CC Slip Pro skate shoe is born again — and hairier than ever, thanks to Tyler the Creator and GOLF WANG.

Working with the One Star CC Slip Pro was Tyler's idea, as the musician specifically requested Converse to revive the skate model for his latest Golf Wang collaboration. And so Converse made his wish come true.

Like Tyler's previous Converse sneakers, the Golf Wang x One Star CC Slip Pro is bursting with colorful and textural energy. The sneakers come with hairy suede uppers drenched in these bold hues inspired by the outdoors.

The baby blue "Forget Me Not" colorway echoes the sky on a cloudy day. The green "Forest Elf" slip-on is the "grassy" stepper. Finally, the "Black Beauty" pairs evoke the feeling of rich, fertile soil.

Originally born as a low-rise basketball shoe, the Converse One Star CC Slip Pro evolved into this even bigger symbol amongst skaters and the fashion crowd. It's also the perfect shoe for Tyler, a style icon with a deep-rooted connection to skate culture.

He even previously worked with Vans before his current Converse gig. Funny enough, the Converse One Star CC Slip Pro looks a lot like Vans' classic Slip-on model, too.

After quietly leaking back in January, the Golf Wang x Converse One Star CC Slip Pro sneakers are officially slated to drop on February 27 at Converse.
