LA-based label Hellstar is one of the most original and exciting brands in the scene right now. While much of the sneaker and streetwear world is still hung up on minimalist aesthetic and timeless ideals, Hellstar’s maximalist, full-volume approach is impossible to ignore.

From sports gear to leather jackets, we’re yet to see a category that the brand’s signature graffiti-style graphics don’t work with. We can add sneakers to that list too, cemented by the latest addition to the adidas collab. The Hellstar x adidas Superstar Hazy Orange might be the best yet.

Hazy Orange comes as the fourth colorway of the Superstar II from Hellstar so far, but stands out as the boldest in comparison to the white, black, and camo treatments that have already landed.

Much like its counterparts, the Hellstar x adidas Superstar Hazy Orange features a chaotic upper made up of stitched layers to the lacing column and Three Stripes logo.

The dusty orange palette sets the backdrop to signature graffiti-inspired detailing throughout the shoe, from the sole unit to the entirety of the leather upper.

This iteration of the collaboration was teased by Hellstar founders Seanie and Juice as they sat courtside at Lakers vs Timberwolves in March.

Hellstar x adidas Superstar Hazy Orange will come with two pairs of spare laces in lime green and grey if you’re feeling brave enough to add even more detail to the mix.
