Double Tap to Zoom

I’ve come to the realization this year that Jack Black might be the owner of the best shit t-shirt collection I’ve ever seen. And, honestly, I’m here for it.

Too often Hollywood royalty are only seen dripping in designer labels and bad trainers, but when it comes to Black, a graphic tee from the Monday market and a pair of generous baggy shorts is just what the doctor ordered, no matter the weather.

In the past 12 months alone the actor, comedian, and musician has been spotted donning tees bearing everything from a big wolf head surrounded by planets, and a small cat attacking an old ship at sea, to a monkey face whistling and even a disgruntled-looking jaguar face.

Yesterday, though, Black revealed the latest addition to his ever-growing cat-inspired arsenal as he wandered the streets of LA: a neat space kitten graphic tee that he paired with a fisherman’s hat, adidas shorts, and an inexplicably comfortable pair of Merrell Jungle Mocs.

Sure, a celebrity waltzing around LA wearing a space kitten tee might seem fairly inconspicuous (and you’re probably right), although the sheer volume of these tees Black seemingly owns is certainly keeping me awake.

One quick search of “Jack Black fashion” on the world wide web and you’ll be lost for hours, trapped inside a deep Jack Black-shaped k-hole that continues to draw you in deeper into a dark put of dispair. For his collection is vast, the vested of them all, in fact.

Whether he wears them ironically or he has genuine appreciation for bad tees doesn’t bother me too much, because all I want to know is: how many does he have? And where the hell can I get my hands on a space kitten tee?
