Double Tap to Zoom

As an artist and creative, working with your hands can be a truly fulfilling experience. There’s just something gratifying about using these natural tools to create something out of nothing, and it’s a sentiment shared by celebrity photographer Jones Crow.

The 34-year-old creative director knows all about the nuances of a subtle touch or flick of the wrist that could easily change the composition of a photograph, and he's well aware of this fact.

Crow lives and breathes the life of a fast-paced influential creative and, being as busy as he is, sometimes he needs to take a step back to unwind. It’s why ASICS tapped Jones for its latest I Move Me campaign as he takes us deep into his world to show how important it is for him to remain active.

For the last five years Crow has been the personal photographer for international pop sensation Ariana Grande while simultaneously traveling the world in the process. Being able to document a legend in the making has been a privilege and a blessing for Crow.

He’s since photographed influential figures within various industries like actress/singer-songwriter Jessica Lowndes, global fitness icon Paige Hathaway, and reality star Lala Kent among others.

As you can imagine that could all be quite exhausting. But Jones still manages to find solace through motion, and cute animals. “I find exercise and getting out in nature eases anxiety and stress the best,” Jones explains. “Having a dog and getting to take her to the park daily is so crucial to my sanity.”

Aside from keeping fit and shooting hoops, Jones finds working with his hands to be quite therapeutic. “Working on my truck or the studio I’m building has been a lot of fun and a great way to be productive while giving my mind a chance to take a break from work,” explains Crow.

Crow and ASICS both champion active lifestyles in order to live a more fulfilled and happy life, which we can’t agree with more. Peep the fully shoppable lookbook above and below for dope style inspiration via ASICS.
