The "Black Cat" Jordan 4s are back early. Well...sorta, kinda.

The latest "Black Cat" Jordan 4 looks a little different from the classic, and that's because it isn't the same ole Jordan 4 as before. The famous color scheme now appears on the Jordan 4 Net, an updated Air Jordan 4 model that takes the phrase "nothing but net" very seriously.

Debuted in 2024, the Air Jordan 4 Net was born to stun. The adventurous makeover includes this oversized TPU cage covering the tongue with the shoelaces on top. But inside the "cage" is the classic Jordan 4 we've loved since 1989 including its traditional fixings like the "wings," Air soles, and Jumpman motifs.

Again, the Jordan 4 Net even wears the "Black Cat" colorway, one of the AJ4's cleanest schemes ever. The all-black design has famously graced the Air Jordan 4 and Jordan 3 models. At the same time, spin-off models like the skate-ish Jordan 4 RM have also helped keep the "Black Cat" legacy alive.

Consider the "Black Cat" 4s uncaged....no, wait...caged?

But beyond the net, the new Jordan 4 is quite luxe. The sneaker features buttery premium leather uppers along with removable silver charms. The cage doesn't appear to be detachable. Otherwise, it wouldn't be the Jordan 4 Net!

The real-deal "Black Cat" 4s are still expected to return later this year. But if you're looking for the "Black Cats" on a weird, new sneaker vibe, the black Air Jordan 4 Net is slated to release on February 26 at 10AM EST on Nike's website.
