The smiley design that decorates the inside of the boot is a recurrent motif for Simons, found on pieces from the SS20 collection, including the monochromatic Smiley Intarsia Knit Sweaters.
The boots are made in Italy from 100 percent leather upper, a cleated rubber sole, and stacked leather heels.
