Even the most rugged of skate shoes aren't immune to the charms of sweater weather.

Vans' Premium Authentic Style 44 sneaker is already an elevated version of the signature skate shoe, and now, with a full-knit upper, the rugged shredder's cozy quotient is off the charts.

Instead of standard canvas or leather, the Vans Premium Authentic Style 44’s upper is made with a perforated knit material that wears Vans' signature checkered pattern in a motif called “Punk Check.” Cozy, maybe even edgy —  but still classic.

Elsewhere, the snug sneaker wears the glossy sidewalls that are practically synonymous with Vans' Authentic Style 44 sneakers. Whether it be a washed-up shredder or a blinged-out thrasher, Vans' Authentic sneakers are prone to a bit of luxury.

Other members of the Vans dynasty have gotten the full-knit treatment as well, including the Half Cab 33 EK and the FDMTL Old Skool Cab 33. Want to make a signature Vans sneaker even sweeter? Put a sweater on it.

Sure, diamonds and gems are nice, but a knit sweater that looks like it came straight from grandma is truly the pinnacle of luxury.
