The adidas Samba Jane keeps growing up on us. Now, the Mary Jane sneaker has gone from cute to wine-level fine.

The latest pair arrives in a rich "Maroon" colorway, with the model's butter-soft leather and smooth suede uppers washed in deep burgundy. The results look straight from a red wine bath, honestly.

Well, that's one way to get fine as the drink.

Fans can still expect the standard Samba Jane underneath, including the ballet-coded strap and the Samba's flat rubber soles (plus other sneaker-ish details). It's simply been dressed in another good-looking color scheme.

Speaking of which, the "Maroon" colorway is now available on Naked's website for $115.

adidas has introduced several solid Samba Janes, ranging from shiny gold pairs to impressive "aged" leather iterations. Oh, and let's not forget that super-cute lace collaboration by Liberty London.

Basically, there are many options for ballerina sneakerheads to choose from. And that goes beyond the Samba Jane. adidas has dove deep into the ballet sneaker pool, and came up to the surface with its own cutesy efforts like the Tokyo Mary Jane and Taekwondo Mei Elite.

Indeed, no one's doing "sneakerinas" quite like adidas right now.
