Michael Cutini, a sneaker designer and concept creator who regularly creates concept hybrid sneakers for Highsnobiety, has teamed up with Agata Panucci, a fashion footwear designer, to create what the duo calls the Nike Air Force One Himalaya Fighter.

The sneaker uses a triple white Nike Air Force 1 low as a base, placing it on a Sankuanz-style sandal footbed. The shoe is strapped in via two adjustable straps (taken from the Nike Special Field Air Force 1, it looks like) across the forefoot and one across the heel, with an oversized Nike Swoosh added along the lateral side.

Three adjustable buckles go around the ankle and lower leg, which is protected by an insulated, down-filled sleeve. The laces have been swapped out for thicker rope laces, adding a chunky finishing touch.

The shoe gives off heavy Tom Sachs x NikeCraft Mars Yard Overshoe vibes thanks to its exaggerated and robust shape and element-braving design.
