German design manufactory mono teams up with International Justice Mission (IJM) to present a limited edition of its Classic Teapot with proceeds going to a good cause.

mono's Classic Teapot was launched in 1983 and the brand has brought it back in the color blue, which stands for harmony, as a tribute to its charity partner, IJM. IJM is an international human rights organization that finances itself as a non-governmental organization through donations. Social engagement, locally and internationally, as well as standing up for values and contributing to important issues has been a central concern of the mono family business since its foundation. Following this tradition, the mono Classic Edition IJM is a logical consequence.

The teapot is made of fireproof Duran glass, while the tea strainer is made of stainless steel. The lid, frame, teapot and tray of the IJM Edition have a silk-matte blue surface, created by powder coating. This type of painting is environmentally friendly, offers high corrosion protection and is particularly resistant.

Look for the mono Classic Edition IJM to release on November 1 at mono.de for 295 EUR (approximately $325 USD). 50 EUR (approximately $55 USD) per teapot sold will be donated to IJM Germany.
